TERMS

1.1 These terms govern the personal coaching services provided by Sixth Strength, which includes one-on-one coaching sessions conducted both online and in person, encompassing personal training, motivation practices, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), visualization, and meditation practices.
1.2 By engaging with our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published on our website.
2. Services
2.1 Sixth Strength offers personalized coaching sessions that may include but are not limited to personal training, motivation coaching, NLP techniques, visualization exercises, and meditation practices.
2.2 Each session is tailored to the individual needs and goals of the client, as assessed during initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health and fitness information and for notifying the coach of any changes in their health, physical condition, or fitness level.

4. Fees and Payment

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.1 While Sixth Strength provides professional coaching designed to assist you in achieving your personal fitness and wellness goals, results cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and cooperation in and outside of sessions.
6.2 Sixth Strength is not a licensed medical care provider and does not engage in patient diagnosis or the practice of medicine. Similarly, Sixth Strength is not a licensed psychologist, and our services are not intended to treat mental disorders.
6.3 Clients are advised to seek professional medical advice prior to beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program. Sixth Strength is not liable for any injury or health condition that may occur as a result of personal training, NLP, visualization, or meditation practices.
6.4 Clients agree to fully release and discharge Sixth Strength from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Sixth Strength’s negligence.
7. Acknowledgment of Risk
7.1 Clients acknowledge that all exercises involve a risk of personal injury and agree to take full responsibility for their health and safety in conjunction with the use of our services.
7.2 Clients affirm that they have stated all relevant medical conditions and have consulted with their physician prior to beginning their sessions with Sixth Strength.

8.1 Sixth Strength respects client confidentiality and the privacy of clients’ personal information. Information shared by clients during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without the clients' consent, except as required by law.
